Q. How do I register for one of your Professional Series programs?
A. Simply go to the page of the program in which you are interested and click the "Add To Cart" button. On the next screen, confirm that the correct program(s) and quantity is indicated and click "Checkout". Complete the registration request form and submit. You will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of your registration. When your information has been verified, we will contact you with download instructions.

Q. Are your programs available for immediate download?
A. It is our policy to first verify all card holder information prior to processing a registration request. The program is not available for immediate download at this time. Please allow a minimum of one business day for your registration to be processed. (Please note: additional time may be necessary based on our ability to verify the information you have submitted)

Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q. How do you verify my card information?
A. We will contact your card's bank to find out if the information you have submitted with your registration request matches the information they have on file. Please rest assured that your bank will never "give out" your information. They will simply provide merchants with a "yes" or "no" answer to their inquiry.

Q. How can I help to speed up the verification process?
A. Thank you for asking! To help speed up the verification process, be sure to include your full name, address and telephone number (as it appears on file with your credit card's bank) in the "billing" section of our registration form. It will also be helpful to use a domain name e-mail address which is registered to you, if you have one.

Q. I provided all of my correct billing information, yet I still received an e-mail saying that you could not verify my information.
A. In rare instances, we are unable to verify a card holders information. Possible reasons include:

  1. International cards (some countries such as the United Kingdom and Australia have privacy policies which prevent banks from providing any information.)
  2. You used a Debit card or a Credit card from an uncooperative bank. About 1% of US banks refuse to help merchants verify a card holder's information. (It has been our experience that a few private banks and credit unions will not verify a customers information on Debit cards.)
  3. We are unable to locate a phone number for your card's bank.
In these cases, we will request additional information from you in order to process your registration request. We may also request an alternative method of payment.

Q. Why is your verification policy in place? Is it really necessary?
A. Absolutely! Our policy is in place to help protect your credit card security. Credit card fraud is at an all time high. Due to the nature of our product (downloadable software) many unscrupulous people attempt to obtain our software using misappropriated credit card information.

Q. The telephone number my bank has on file is a private unlisted number, will it be given out to anyone?
A. Please rest assured that your billing information is used for verification purposes only and will not be given out for any reason. For your credit card protection, we may need to contact you, once, at the number we are able to verify with your card's bank. If we feel this is necessary, this call will only take about 30 seconds. You would not be disturbed at this number again.

Q. I registered the software though Site Interactive, yet my credit card statement says "Elite Web Design & Marketing"
A. Site Interactive is owned and operated by Elite Web Design & Marketing, Inc. Any official documentation, including credit card statements, will display the name "Elite Web Design & Marketing".

Q. Why does your site say "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"?
A. We, at Site Interactive, believe that people should be treated with the same respect as they would like to receive. We like to treat our customers with respect and dignity and ask to be treated the same in return. From time to time, we may encounter individuals who do not wish to return this courtesy.

Q. What are your regular business hours?
A. Site Interactive is officially open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Sometimes our staff may be available during other hours (possibly even all day and night), however we can only guarantee someone will be available during our official business hours.

Q. Do you accept other forms of payment besides credit cards?
A. Yes. We also accept checks money orders and wire transfers. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Elite Web Design & Marketing, Inc." Money orders will be processed as soon as they are received. It is our policy to wait for a check to clear our bank prior to processing a registration request. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for this process.

Q. How do I request technical support?
A. Technical support for our Shareware programs is available through our forum boards (links can be found on every page of our web site). Technical Support for our Professional series programs is available by e-mail. E-mail addresses can be found in the registered users area or contact one of our support representatives directly at one of the addresses located at:

Q. Do you provide telephone technical support?
A. At the present time, all correspondence and technical support is handled via e-mail due to a limited in-office support staff.

Q. Can you install the program for me? What is the cost?
A. Yes, professional installation for each of our scripts (shareware or professional) is available. To request installation, please fill out our installation request form at:

Installations cost $45 per half hour with a one hour ($90) minimum. If you are requesting installation of a Professional series program, please be sure to register for the program *prior* to submitting your installation request.

Q. How long will it take for you to install the program for me?
A. Installations are handled on a first come, first serve basis. We attempt to complete installations within 48 hours of receiving the request. Most installations require between 1 to 2 hours to complete.

Q. Is your software available on a CD?
A. Software which is available on disk or CD is known as "compiled" software. All of our software is what is known as "non-compiled" software and is only available by download.

Q. What is your Refund Policy?

Q. How do I remove myself from your mailing list?
A. If you would like to be removed from our Subscribe Me mailing list. Please visit our main page at http://www.cgiscriptcenter.com and enter your e-mail address into the Subscribe Me box at the left hand side. Choose "unsubscribe" and press submit. A page will pop up letting you know that your address has been removed.

If our system says that your e-mail address is not in our system, please double check the address. It is also possible that you are subscribed to a mailing list from a company using our Subscribe Me program and have written to us from a program link. If this is the case, the same process will work, however you will need to go to the website of the company you are receiving mailings from.

Q. What is my username and password?
A. If you are a registered user of one of Site Interactive's programs, please go to our main page at: http://www.siteinteractive.com and click on the "Lost Password" link on the left side in the Support Areas box. Enter the e-mail address you used when registering and our system will automatically send you back your username and password.

If you are not a registered user of one of Site Interactive's programs, you may be trying to access a site which is using one of our programs. If this is the case, you will need to contact the administrator of that website for assistance.

Q. Will my CGi Script Center username and password still be valid?
A. Yes. All usernames, passwords, email subscriptions, links, and program registations will remain the same. If you were a registered user of one of the CGI Script Center's programs, then you are already registered with Site Interactive. If you have any other questions in regards to CGI Script Center or Site Interactive, please use our contact form

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. At the present time, we do not offer discounts on a single copy. Our reseller packages offer quantity discounts if you would like to register more than one copy.

Q. Do you offer Reseller Packages?
A. Yes, we offer three reseller packages. Please visit: http://www.siteinteractive.com/affiliates/

We offer a "No Committment" Affiliate package which enables you to earn a 15% commission on each program registered. There are no up-front costs and we handle all of the technical support.

We also offer our "Small Business Dealer" package which provides 35% discount on 5 or more copies registered up front.

Our "Corporate Dealer" package provides a 55% discount on 25 or more copies registered up front.

With both the "Small Business Dealer" and "Corporate Dealer" packages, you keep all of your customers information and provide first level technical support (direct support to your customers). We provide you with second level support (to answer any questions you may have).

Q. How long is my registration good for?
A.Your initial registration entitles you to 30 days of upgrades and email support at no additional charge. Should you wish to renew your registration for an additional 12 months of upgrades and email support, you may do so for an additional charge. You do NOT need to renew your registration in order to keep using the software version you already have.
