Upon clicking either your Live Advisor™ button or link, your customer/visitor will be greated with a message of your creation.
If your Live Advisor™ is offline or away, your customer/visitor, and your visitor logs in, he/she can leave a message for you, which will be
emailed to the Live Advisor administrator.
If your Live Advisor™ is online, your customer/visitor can start chatting immediately. Unlike most Perl based chat programs, Live Advisor™
will not constantly refresh your customer's web screen. Chat screens are only refreshed when someone posts a message, keeping your customer/visitor
relaxed and comfortable.
