Each time a customer/visitor logs in for assistance, their IP address, along with a random session string used to ensure originality of the visitor,
is recorded both here in the administration panel, as well as the client administratin chat window, used to communicate with the visitor.
If you have Auto Pop-Up set to OFF, each customer log in will be marked as "Queued", awaiting assistance from a Live Advisor. One click of the
"Chat ID" will open a window which connects you directly to your customer/visitor.
By selecting Auto Pop-up to ON, here your customer/visitor status will show "BEING HELPED".
