Q. Why does Account Manager require .htaccess or .nsconfig?
A. .htaccess and .nsconfig are used for directory protection. Without one of these, you cannot password protect directories.

Q. Why won't Account Manager work on my NT IIS Server?
A. IIS servers do not support .htaccess which is an important requirement for Account Manager.

Q. How does AuthorizeNet integrate with Account Manager Pro?
A. The system is designed to post a form, requesting specific information from the customer, directly to the Authorizenet system for credit card verification. Authorizenet customers would configure their "Control Panel" to then post the results of the credit card verification portion back to our Account Manager program, which then adds the customer to the database, and gives them immediate access to the private users area. If the customers credit card information was not accurate or denied, the Authorizenet system lets the customer know and no access is given.

Q. Can Account Manager Pro handle multiple sub accounts from the Ibill system?
A. At the present time, Account Manager Pro supports IBill's recurring and non-recurring pin-code billing.

Q. I tried to download the program but I'm not sure if it worked. Now my download code won't work?
A. For security purposes, the download authorization codes are designed to work only once. Also, the program downloads within just a few seconds. Check the path which you assigned. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

Q. Why am I getting an Internal Server Error?
A. Internal Server Errors can be caused by several factor's. Here are three areas to check first:
1. Confirm that you have set the proper paths (script, directory, perl, mail program, etc)
2. Confirm that you have set the proper permissions
3. Confirm that you have set the proper file extension

Q. How can I request features to be added to an upcoming release?
A. If you have a special request or an idea that you think others may also benefit from, please use our contact form to send your request. All requests are kept and reviewed for consideration.

Q. How will I know when a new version has been released?
A. As a registered user, you will receive an e-mail letting you know about a new version release or update. If there is no charge to the update or upgrade, this e-mail will include a new download authorization code.

Q. I originally registered the NT verison of Account Manager Pro and have now switched hosting providers. How do I get the UNIX version? (or vice-versa) Do I have to pay extra?
A. If you need an alternate version of the program, please contact us with the version you require and your username. There is no additional charge for this service.

Q. I don't remember my username and password. How do I find it?
A. To locate your lost username or password, please look to the left of this page and click on the "lost password" link. Enter the e-mail address you used when you registered and our system will e-mail your information to you.

If you are a registered user of Account Manager Pro, please read the installation tutorial located inside the registered users area. This document was designed to answer 98% of all questions related to the program.

Q. Where is the installation tutorial for Account Manager Pro?
A. First, access the registered users area using the username and password you selected when you registered. At the bottom of the page will be a section titled Technical Support, click on the "Account Manager" link. Next, click on the "Support Documentation" link. A new window will appear with the tutorial.

The registered users login is located at the top of every page.

Q. Do you offer professional installation of Account Manager. How much does it cost?
A. Yes, we do offer professional installation for each of our scripts. Our installers charge $45 per half hour with a one hour minimum.
